Economic Financial Solutions has grown from strength to strength since I joined Tenet in 2008. I started out as a one man band in my spare room. I now have 20 mortgage brokers and we're still growing. All this has been possible due to Darren Walker, Regional Business Manager, who has been prepared to help out with all my problems and questions. His ethos of a 'can do' attitude, which mirrors mine, helps. We have recently also received help from Chris Astle, another Regional Business Manager, who also has the same 'can do' approach.
