Left quote mark After what happened with Thinc and the change of circumstances there, I found the cross over to TenetLime very painless and easily sorted. Thinc, out of the blue, stopped trading and sold the network to Sesame, a network I did not wish to join. After speaking with Chris Astle (TenetLime Regional Business Manager) we decided to join TenetLime and I haven't looked back since.

They are very easy and helpful to deal with and I can't see myself ever moving again as the support I have had so far is second to none and they let me get on and earnmy money, which is key. Their compliance support is helpful and not over-powering. I can always pick up the phone and speak with Chris or my manager and they will help me with whatever I need to know.

The other good thing is that TenetLime are constantly developing new systems and arrangements with companies to help us earn more and offer more interms of products. For example, today I've asked for a commercial insurer to do large block policies and it's being sorted for me as I type this feedback. In comparison to Thinc, TenetLime are relaxed and helpful and their marketing support is superb.

Chris has constantly helped me since taking me on with TenetLime and always looks at new business ideas even though, I suppose, it's not totally his job. I was kept in the loop with the transition from Thinc to TenetLime and I hardly suffered any delays compared to some of the horror stories I have heard with other networks. Left quote mark When our previous network, Prestbury, went into receivership in November 2008, taking with it around 3 months of unpaid commissions and pipeline business, I honestly thought about calling it a day and taking an employed position.

I spoke to every other potential network and, because they realised our position, the terms they offered were always in their favour, not ours. I know none of them cared about us as individuals; it was just a case of signing up another AR. One network representative even told me that the application process was as long as a piece of string!

I then met Chris Astle at TenetLime. He didn't want to capitalise on our position. He explained the offering and the process before, during and after applying. Along with Mark Jessop of Membership, they moved heaven and earth to process our application in order for us to start earning again.

Now 12 months in, everyone I have come across from TenetLime has the same 'can do' attitude and will do all they can to help you. I still don't understand how such a large company can make me and my colleagues feel asthough we are part of a small supportive family.
