This service is completely free to Directly Authorised Advisers - you don't pay us a penny and we don't take away any of the commission you receive from the lender unless it is mandatory as part of the lender's policy. In fact, in the majority of cases, you can arrange to have all the commission and procuration fees paid direct to you from the lender.
You can also choose to upgrade to our MortgageStream and Trigold sourcing software at a small cost. This software does all the day-to-day running of your mortgage business, enabling you to search through products and provide a high degree of accountability and compliance.
