We understand that your success is based on having quality people within your business so we provide the very best training and competence support. This includes a dedicated field Training & Competence Officer, QCF4 and revision courses, a free 12-month programme for inexperienced new entrants and a nationwide program of Professional Development Meetings (PDMs), all supported by small workshops focusing on specific themes.
The Tenet training team are also working hard to ensure IFAs have all the support and training they need to ensure they pass the required RDR qualifications. Depending on which qualification you opt for, you have access to everything from workshops and e-learning support, to intensive training courses.
