Financial Services Administrator

Based in our Leeds Head Office, we are looking for a Financial Services Administrator who will support the Regional Manager in providing successful delivery of operational and administrative support in the financial services industry.

What you’ll be getting up to:

  • IFA Administration
  • Calling leads, prequalifying and appointment booking
  • Client contact
  • Dealing with daily Affinity Group leads
  • Dealing with legacy post allocation and system update
  • Monthly MI reports on conversion rates
  • Providing a dedicated and professional sales support service to advisers and clients
  • Processing new business cases and managing them through to completion
  • Liaising with product providers to obtain case updates and valuations via telephone and email
  • Managing referrals from clients and providers
  • Coordinating and distributing group emails, weekly updates and statements to advisers
  • Overseeing the processing of outgoing mail and distributing incoming mail to relevant business area
  • General office duties such as filing, copying and scanning as required
  • Providing cover as required

You will be able to demonstrate the following skillsets:

  • Diary management
  • Organising and planning
  • Post management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Provider management
  • Timely response times
  • Good telephone manner with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
  • Positive customer feedback
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

We’d love to see:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook

Minimum A-C in GCSE Maths and English is Essential

Progression towards the CII qualifications would be advantageous
