At Tenet Network Services, unlike some other networks, we don’t force you to adopt a particular business model. With us, you have choice and flexibility to decide what is best for you and your clients.
Our wealth of experience in dealing with the FCA enables us to deliver quality compliance support which is approachable and proactive in an ever-changing regulatory environment.
Our product & fund research service, with an experienced team offering ongoing support, is key to meeting the business challenges faced by advisers.
Our market-leading technology solution, powered by Intellflo, has been designed to help you serve your clients, protect your business and save you time.
At Tenet Network Services, we provide a range of business development solutions which are designed to add value and income to your business.
Through our events & training, we will help keep you on the front foot and be aware of the latest market and product developments.
Our PII with run off cover is provided by our own captive insurance company, which means that we are able to maintain a competitive PII offering for our members, in an increasingly hardening market. We are also the only network to offer PII lifetime run-off cover to leaving or retiring advisers, which is an important step to de-risking your business to offer long-term protection.
What’s more, our PII continues to cover higher risk advice areas such as defined benefit scheme transfers.
Given the current market conditions which have seen large fluctuations in professional indemnity rates following the increase in FOS limits, issues surrounding high risk business and the general lack of appetite from insurers offering cover - we still pride ourselves on helping all of our advisers secure first class insurance at very competitive rates to help protect them for the future.
To learn more about joining us and how to benefit from our unique run off cover, simply call us on 0800 085 0825 or email firstname.lastname@example.org

Tenet is a multi-award-winning financial adviser support group, providing an extensive range of services to hundreds of appointed representative and directly authorised financial adviser firms across the UK. We have over a quarter of a century’s worth of experience, £30m net assets, significant cash reserves and three institutional shareholders (Aviva, Standard Life Aberdeen & Aegon), so we are robust and here for the long-term.
Our position within the industry means we have the influence to help shape the way it develops, and our established infrastructure and expert resources allow us to adapt to environmental changes along the way. Our close relationship with the Financial Conduct Authority, as well as being on the board of key financial services organisations such as APFA and AMI, ensures we are well informed of climate changes and are able to have appropriate building blocks in place to support advisers well into the future.
By joining Tenet, we will treat you as an individual, as a partner, providing choices and enabling you to run your business in a way which is right for you and your clients. Independent or restricted (or even a hybrid of both); appointed representative or directly authorised; investment or non-investment; at Tenet, it’s YOUR choice. Whichever route you follow, you will have a team of over 250 people who will strive to add value and income to your business.
The story started in the 1980s, but it was in 1992 when things really started to take shape when the M&E Network was launched. Designed with the needs of financial advisers in mind, M&E Network connected advisers and provided expert support and tailored services at a time when they needed it the most due to new regulation enforcing them to choose whether to be tied or independent.
The Group continued to be successful and, in 1999, it acquired Interdependence Ltd (a company with a similar offering to M&E) and launched the Tenet Group. Since then, Tenet has continued to grow, acquire other businesses and build more services, all designed to provide an even better service to advisers - whatever their status or needs. From compliance and training, to product research and business development support - all within an ever-changing and highly-regulated financial services market.
As the business grew, Tenet retained its independence, rejecting the chance to float on the stock market, in order that it could continue to focus on providing a first class service to advisers. It’s also financially robust, with major financial backing from Aviva, Standard Life Aberdeen and Aegon.
Today, Tenet has the same values, individuality and objectives as it did all those years ago - to provide an unrivalled choice and expertise that adds value and income to an adviser’s business. So whether you choose our mortgage & protection services, our investment services, compliance services or Tenet&You, we’ll work with you to make your business a success.
Like any successful business, we have a clear strategy in place with a vision, mission and values which are designed to direct our employees and enable us to achieve our goals.
